1. Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations requested after this period may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. After verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a product defect.

4. Defective Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
